When we started shopping for a "new to us" used vehicle I was filled with apprehension because of past experiences but Daniel changed that for us. He was young, but listened to what we wanted, asked questions and then searched for a vehicle. He was always polite and never pushy. Anything we criticized about a vehicle he took that into account with the next one he showed us. When we picked up our vehicle it was VERY clean and he followed up with us to make sure we were happy and asked what he could have done to make our experience better - which was nothing. I was with my friend during the delivery of his 2022 GLC 300 at Northside Nissan, and the experience was poorly handled. The original salesperson was absent, fees were unclear, and the car was delivered with damaged summer tires and an undisclosed rain sensor issue. After delivery, the dealership refused to help. Very disappointing.
