“ Our quest for the perfect vehicle led us to several dealerships, and while they were all satisfactory, none provided the exceptional service we encountered at Northside Nissan. Upon our arrival, as we were making our way inside, a sales representative inquired if we had an appointment. We did not. He introduced himself as Theo, and from that moment, we felt entirely comfortable in his presence. He graciously offered us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle unaccompanied, a stark contrast to other dealerships where a sales representative would join us. This allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the driving experience. Ultimately, we decided to make an offer on the vehicle. My only regret was that we hadn't thoroughly inspected the car for scratches during our initial visit; prior to making an offer. As it was a pre-owned vehicle, some scratches were anticipated, but since it had just been traded in and hadn't yet undergone inspection, we only became aware of them when a family member pointed them out. On the day of closing, Theo was present and had taken the time to touch up the scratches, I'm uncertain if it is a standard procedure for the dealerships' service department to do that; but in our case, it wasn't done by them. This was definitely a drawback in an otherwise outstanding transaction. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Theo and the entire team at Northside Nissan. ”
“ I've always go to this dealership when I needed. In the past years, specially the ladies at the Service Desk, were really prompt and great. Quick service. I was satisfied. But this time, it seems to me that the service in general was slower compared to previous experiences. I was told that my waiting time will be up to 45 minutes to get the job done, but despite I was 10 minutes early on my appointment, it took more than one hour and I needed to go. This is a job that has been done in the past, nothing new. I left the place frustrated and mad. ”
“ Grossly overcharged for 24 000 km inspection of my nissan sentra they charged me $500. Sherwood park Nissan quotes it at $180 for the same inspection, see pictures or check their website. 360 dollars of that 500 was for labour on 2 hours of work. Complimentary car wash did not wash the the black parts of the car, only the painted parts. ”

Service: you never know until an adviser tells you “the dealer price and the way”. So far, I’m sorry, NO. Warranty? Don’t regret. Extended warranty? Let’s see it actually works or not. These things are actually blackbox, which is very unclear. Totally depends on the “service” department. Good luck ”
“ Do not, I repeat do not buy here. They will lie until they talk you into buying a dud. Looked at a used car here, and after noticing that they filled out an inspection report THAT day, most likely just before I arrived, and unfortunately for me I bit. One month later to the day, in an independent mechanic because transmission seals went and I have fluid spraying inside the engine compartment. Mechanic says there’s no way the seller didn’t know about this. Thousand later, I’m just waiting for the next fail. STAY AWAY!! ”
